 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. 

• Cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund.

• Cancel within 7 days of your check-in you will only be refunded the cleaning fee.

• Cleaning fee’s are normally refunded if you do not check in- This is at Quarterway House Limited’s discretion.

• If due to any circumstances beyond our control we need to cancel your booking, we will issue a full refund on your booking but cannot take any responsibility for any other costs you may have incurred. We would always recommend that you should have travel insurance in place prior to booking any stay or vacation.
